Peter´s earlier post mentioned the ridiculous BK prices in the Juan Santamaria Intl. Airport, so I decided to check Liberia´s Intl Airport offerings. The only option for the hungry traveler is Mongo´s Restaurant and Bar on the second floor. Has a wide range offering of tacos, chips, drinks and a small ACed area. A “Pampa Burger” will cost you $7, a “casado” $8 and an Imperial beer is $4! Being a savvy traveler I had a hearty lunch before leaving the hotel. – Andres
