Real Estate Market on Upswing

Stories have come out recently in the Tico TImes, La Nación and other news outlets discussing Costa Rica’s economic recovery. As a result, both these articles and my own conversations with realtors suggest that the real estate market is beginning to wake up. Of course, when looking at property in a foreign country, it is best to exercise caution. Here’s a piece by Gerald Baker that’s worth reading.
