I asked the reader a price range as a basis to make the list and she mentioned $80-$120. Travel and Leisure Magazine recently posted a list of budget resorts and the two CR resorts listed had rates of $65 and the other of $200 but that is the Travel and Leisure readership. I guess they would normally spend $300-$500 per night. A private room in a hostel in Madrid or London will cost 65 euros. I would say in CR anything around $30 is a private room with bathroom, probably no AC, maybe hot water, a fan and a TV.
